Well, here's the first of what may become many blogs.  Alternatively, this may be the one and only blog from me....time will tell.

I actually about to finish for the day.  My workload is a little low this afty and I should make hay while the sun shines and bog off home.  Trouble is, a colleague told me about the Blogger so I felt compelled to give it a whirl. Especially as it turns out to be just about the only thing, internet related, that I can actually access via the works paranoid network. LOL.

Outside, the sun is blazing; the good weather has finally arrivred.  Let's hope it lasts long enough to get a golfer's tan over the weekend i.e. face, neck, forearms and one hand.

Right, before I start to feel guilty about using 5 mins of company time....it's ok, just took a call from Harriet so did have something to do for a minute.  She's trying really hard to pull together some quotes so we can place orders in prep for an implementation next week, bless her.  She's up against red tape, protocol and bullshit, as usual.  Hopefully tomorrow morning we'll been able to land everything our end, albeit a bit eleventh hour, and pull the proverbial rabbit out of the very well-worn hat!!

I wonder if anyone will actually read this, or more importantly, how will I know???
